When the towering residential complex at 505 N Lake Shore Drive needed to transition from an aging steam boiler system to a modern hot water plant, Temperature Service Company delivered. From structural analysis and navigating the shutdown of one of Chicago's busiest roads for high-altitude helicopter rigging to the installation of four high-efficiency Patterson-Kelley condensing boilers, our team handled every phase of this massive mechanical upgrade.

When approached to come up with a way to reduce the heating expenses of an empty 2,000,000 square foot manufacturing facility near Joliet, Illinois, Temperature Service Company gladly accepted the challenge! Since its closure in 2017, the property owners spent over $1,000,000 year after year just to heat the facility to a level to avoid pipes bursting during the cold, midwest, winter months.

Even so… it does take more than just awesome HVAC Professionals to make sure this project went off without a hitch. Prior to the day of installation, TSC’s team of Engineers and Project Managers spent 2 months planning, preparing, and coordinating with our customer to ensure this project would run smoothly and quickly.

Temperature Service Company is no stranger to challenges. So when this Chicagoland Medical Technology Provider approached them to engineer and install a solution that increased cooling capacity as well as add HEPA filtration of a Cleanroom in their facility, TSC gladly accepted.

Temperature Service Company was proud to be part of this proactive replacement project for a mid-rise condominium building located in Chicago’s River North Neighborhood where equipment serving the common areas of the building was showing common tell-tale signs of “aging equipment on their path to failure”.
