As you can see from our video and photos, replacing these 115-Ton Trane Intellipak Roof Top Units is no small task. And while seeing those huge RTUs hanging in the air is definitely exciting stuff, there are so many other pieces that have to fall in place for a project like this. Details like disconnecting the lightning protection, re-piping the drain system, tying in the new units into the building’s existing BAS technology and controls, and even new equipment training, are super important but unfortunately have a tendency to go unnoticed for a project of this size.
