WARRANTY INFORMATION:

• Manufacturer provided (1) year warranty on equipment.
• Provide on (1) year warranty on workmanship.

Exclusions:

• Overtime and premium time labor.
• Furniture and personal item relocation.
• Final painting to any drywall areas repaired as part of the installation.
• Flooring, millwork, or decorative repairs (replacement of flooring, trim, baseboards, cabinetry, or decorative finishes) impacted by the work.
• Asbestos or hazardous material abatement and/or testing.
• Unforeseen building conditions (e.g. inaccessible piping, corroded valves, structural obstructions, or electrical code violations).
• Electrical upgrades of any kind.
• Reconfiguration of building piping outside the fan coil connections as listed.
• Costs associated with schedule changes or delays caused by homeowner inaccessibility, building restrictions, or unprepared spaces are excluded.
• Cleaning, repair, or restoration of any areas not directly affected by the scope of work.
• Any work requested outside the defined scope will be reviewed and, if approved, quoted as a separate change order for homeowner and management approval prior to proceeding.

Terms:

• For electronic payments, Temperature Service Company requires a 50% deposit at the time of approval with the remaining balance due immediately upon completion. Our dedicated project manager will make arrangements to collect the final payment on the final day of work in your residence.
• If paying by check, Temperature Service Company requires payment in full prior to placing the equipment order.
