When the towering residential complex at 505 N Lake Shore Drive needed to transition from an aging steam boiler system to a modern hot water plant, Temperature Service Company delivered. From structural analysis and navigating the shutdown of one of Chicago's busiest roads for high-altitude helicopter rigging to the installation of four high-efficiency Patterson-Kelley condensing boilers, our team handled every phase of this massive mechanical upgrade.
