Tee time:
First group will tee off from Hole 1 at 12:15 PM

Golf Ends:
Our round of golf will end between 5 and 5:15 PM

Dinner and Cocktails

5:30 PM
Served at the Halfway House
(Located on Hole 2)

AFTER DINNER
Please join us after dinner for fireside drinks, mingling,
and putting on the Halfway House putting green.

Bag Drop Valet:

When you arrive at Elgin Country Club, Valet and Bag Drop service are available during peak season. Just continue up the main drive and a staff member will greet you at the main entrance to help assist park your car and golf clubs.

Locker Rooms:

After your arrival with Valet and Bag Drop, the Locker Room entrance is located to the right of the main entrance doors. Guests will always be provided with a Guest Locker if they choose to use one.

Dress Code:

The golf course and practice area have a dress code. The Dress Code is as follows: Appropriate golf attire includes slacks, Bermuda-style shorts, golf shirts with collars or a mock turtleneck, hooded sweatshirts in accordance with PGA or LPGA Tour rules, women’s golf shorts, women’s golf skirts, and women’s golf shirts. Inappropriate attire includes cargo shorts, cargo pants, denim clothing (including dress jeans), tank tops, halter tops, T-shirts, cut-offs, swimwear, sweat suits, collarless razorback tops, navel bearing tops, running shorts, and sleeveless shirts for men. For further clarification, while on the course, practice center, and practice green, hats and visors are to be worn with the bill facing forward, and shirts for men should be tucked in.

Pace of Play:

A member and guests in a foursome are expected to keep pace with the rest of the golf course to the best of their abilities. Four hours and 15 minutes is allotted as a guideline. Forecaddies are available by request in advance if you feel your group will need assistance to keep pace.

Halfway House:

There is a centrally located Halfway House on the golf course for restrooms and food, and beverages. When placing an order for food, please call ahead. The phone number is located under the roof of the golf cart. The Halfway House should only be used for grab-and-go lunch on busy golf course days.
