The fan coil unit providing heating and cooling to your individual condo was installed when Winston Tower 3 was built in the late 1960s. These units have served well, but they are now well past their expected lifespan.

This aging equipment presents major risks that must be addressed proactively:

The Winston Tower Condominium Association engaged TSC to facilitate a building-wide replacement program to proactively address the risk of major leaks and ensure every homeowner can enjoy improved comfort, energy efficiency, and dependable heating and cooling for decades to come.
2) How do I purchase my new fan coil unit?

You can conveniently order your new unit and lock in your pricing right here on this website by entering your suite number using the search tool on this page. We successfully negotiated special bulk pricing on behalf of the Association to make this process as affordable and simple as possible.

  • Online: Order and pay your deposit securely on this page. The remaining balance is due upon project completion.
  • Check Payment: The deposit may also be paid by check and delivered to your building management office.
  • In-Person/Phone: If you prefer to speak with someone directly, you can request a phone call or in-person meeting, and one of our project representatives will gladly assist you step-by-step.
3) When will installations begin, and how long will mine take?
We will provide you with advance notice of your specific installation date well before any work begins. Most installations are highly efficient and are finished within a single day. Our experienced, union technicians work quickly and make every effort to minimize disruption to your home and routine.
4) What should I do to prepare for installation day?
Before your scheduled visit, please ensure the area immediately surrounding your fan coil unit is clear and easily accessible for our technicians. If you have any fragile or valuable items nearby, we strongly recommend moving them temporarily. Our team will protect your flooring, handle all cleanup, and treat your home with the utmost care and respect.
5) What kind of warranty and support will I receive?

You can rest assured knowing your investment is fully protected:

  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: Each new unit includes a one-year manufacturer’s warranty covering parts.
  • TSC Workmanship Warranty: TSC provides an additional one-year warranty covering the labor and installation.
