And with the cold winter months approaching, Temperature Service Company proposed retrofitting a new Daikin RPS 110D Rooftop Unit to heat and cool the 3-story office building located in Chicago’s suburb of Park Ridge, IL.

From custom sheet metal work to a complete repiping of the coils, TSC’s team put together a plan that would allow the Replacement Team to remove and replace the unit in less-than-a-day and have the entire system fully operational ahead of schedule and accident-free.
