What You’ll Do
As a Territory Manager, you’ll be the face of TSC in your assigned region. You’ll focus on building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and providing solutions that keep our customers’ facilities running smoothly. In this role, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new customer accounts in your territory and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Surveying facilities to identify HVAC/R and electrical service needs.
- Proposing and selling service agreements tailored to customer needs.
- Partnering with our in-house sales & marketing coordinator to maximize qualified leads.
- Generating your own sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Contributing ideas and strategies to support company-wide growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in sales, preferably in the HVAC, mechanical services, or industrial/commercial markets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable generating new business.
- Ability to conduct site visits, surveys, and customer meetings across your territory.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive total compensation package designed to reward performance and support your success:
- Base salary range of $60,000 – $80,000, plus uncapped commission

- Please note: This position is based in Elk Grove Village, IL. Relocation assistance is not available. Candidates must be currently located within commuting distance.
