The responsibilities of the Territory Manager will include, but are not limited to, the following tasks:
- To pursue and sell new accounts in a designated territory or account type, to provide HVAC and refrigeration mechanical services to the commercial / industrial marketplace.
- Survey prospective customer and existing customer locations to gather the information needed to provide proposals for service agreements.
- Calculate, propose and sell preventive maintenance service agreements.
- Assist an in house sales and marketing coordinator to effectively qualify prospects and furnish sales leads
- Self-generate sales leads and initial contacts
- Contribute to the Marketing, Sales and Growth strategies of Temperature Service Company

- Achieve annual sales goals by way of new service agreement sales (Goals TBD)
