We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us continue our steady growth and achieve our Company Goals. You will serve as a point of contact for Customers with queries about services and company offerings and provide support for field sales personnel.
Our ideal candidate is purposeful and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and help achieve sales targets.
This role would report directly to the Vice President of Sales, the responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, and benefits are highlighted below.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead generation and new business development efforts
- Appointment booking
- Sales department administrative support
- New customer setup
- Attend networking events
- Special event coordination
- Service customer report management
- CRM Management
- Receive and process sales orders
- Maintain sales records
- Compiling monthly sales reports
- Liaise with other departments
- Check data accuracy in sales
- Contract customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Assist to ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
- Prospecting (social media, cold/warm outbound calls)
- Company social media platform posts
- Identifying customer renewal dates and managing follow-ups
- Stay up to date with products and features
- Vice President calendar management and misc. administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding of CRM platform and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent is a plus
- Direct experience with CRM software and MS Office is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Collaborator with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Certification in marketing, sales or relevant field is a plus
COMPENSATION
- Salaried position $45-60K per year
- Uncapped commission structure
