Sales Administrator

We are looking for a qualified Sales Administrator to join our sales team and help us continue our steady growth and achieve our Company Goals. You will serve as a point of contact for Customers with queries about services and company offerings and provide support for field sales personnel.

Our ideal candidate is purposeful and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices and has excellent written and verbal communication skills. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and help achieve sales targets.

This role would report directly to the Vice President of Sales, the responsibilities, qualifications, compensation, and benefits are highlighted below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead generation and new business development efforts
  • Appointment booking
  • Sales department administrative support
  • New customer setup
  • Attend networking events
  • Special event coordination
  • Service customer report management
  • CRM Management
  • Receive and process sales orders
  • Maintain sales records
  • Compiling monthly sales reports
  • Liaise with other departments
  • Check data accuracy in sales
  • Contract customers to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Assist to ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations
  • Prospecting (social media, cold/warm outbound calls)
  • Company social media platform posts
  • Identifying customer renewal dates and managing follow-ups  
  • Stay up to date with products and features  
  • Vice President calendar management and misc. administrative duties

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong understanding of CRM platform and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support Agent is a plus
  • Direct experience with CRM software and MS Office is a plus
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Collaborator with a high level of dedication
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Certification in marketing, sales or relevant field is a plus

COMPENSATION

  • Salaried position $45-60K per year
  • Uncapped commission structure
