Our Elk Grove HVAC Company has a need for an Administrative Specialist/Receptionist. We are looking for someone long-term, with a great attitude and the desire to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Answering phones, entering service calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, payroll, billing, and filing.
- Previous experience with a Contractor (Preferred)
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Positive Attitude
- Confident in ability to work independently
- Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities, able to prioritize tasks
- Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 – 4:00
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Weekly salary, plus commission
